Distance is rarely the problem on a local move. Access is. A first-floor unit with a driveway and a third-floor walk-up with street parking are very different jobs even when the two homes are ten minutes apart. We ask about both ends before quoting.
Planning the day
We confirm the arrival window, where the truck will stop, and how the load will be ordered. If there is a gate, an HOA or a building manager, tell us up front so the rules are part of the plan.

A move from Fremont to Union City or Oakland to Berkeley is routine. Longer cross-Bay routes depend on traffic and timing, which we plan with you rather than guess at.
